This Privacy Policy explains what TekDex Inc. (“TekDex”, “we”) collects when you use TekPrep, why we collect it, and the choices you have.

It works alongside our Terms & Conditions.

When you sign in with your TekDex (Google) account, we receive your name and email address.

When you run an interview you provide a résumé and a job description, and you speak your answers — we capture that audio and its transcript to run the session.

Like most services, we log basic technical data — device and browser type, approximate location from your IP address, and how you interact with the app — to keep it secure and working.

Interview audio is streamed to power the live conversation and is transcribed to generate questions, scores, and your scorecard.

We store the transcript and scores tied to your session so you can review them later; audio itself follows the retention rules below.

We use your data to run interviews, generate feedback and scorecards, keep your account secure, provide support, and improve the quality of the service.

We do not sell your personal information.

We share data only with service providers that help us operate TekPrep — for example hosting, speech, and AI processing — under agreements that limit their use of it, and when required by law.

We don’t share your interview content for advertising.

We keep your documents, transcripts, and scorecards while your account is active so you can revisit them.

We delete or anonymize them within a reasonable period after you remove them or close your account, unless we must keep them to meet a legal obligation.

You can access, correct, export, or delete your data from within the app or by contacting us.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or CCPA.

We protect your data with encryption in transit, access controls, and standard safeguards.

No system is perfectly secure, but we work to reduce risk and respond quickly to issues.

TekPrep may process data in countries other than your own. Where we transfer data across borders, we use appropriate safeguards consistent with applicable law.

TekPrep is not intended for anyone under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
