These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of TekPrep, the voice-first AI interview practice provided by TekDex Inc. (“TekDex”, “we”, “us”).

By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use TekPrep.

You must be at least 16 years old and able to form a binding agreement to use TekPrep. Access is provided through your TekDex account.

You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account.

TekPrep runs simulated interviews — intro, technical, and behavioral rounds — and returns a scorecard with per-round feedback. It is a practice and preparation tool.

We do not guarantee any interview outcome, job offer, or specific result, and TekPrep is not a substitute for professional career, hiring, or legal advice.

You retain ownership of the résumés, job descriptions, answers, and audio you provide. To operate the service, you grant TekDex a limited license to process, transcribe, and analyze this content to generate questions, scores, and transcripts.

How we store and handle this data is described in our Privacy Policy.

You agree not to misuse the service — including attempting to disrupt or reverse-engineer it, scraping or reselling its output, uploading unlawful or infringing content, or using it to harass others or violate anyone’s rights.

We may limit or suspend access that we reasonably believe breaches these terms.

TekPrep — including its software, models, prompts, designs, and branding — is owned by TekDex and protected by intellectual-property laws. These terms grant you a personal, non-transferable right to use the service; they do not transfer any ownership.

If you send us feedback or suggestions, you allow us to use them without obligation to you.

TekPrep is provided “as is” and “as available.” AI-generated questions, scores, and feedback can be incomplete or inaccurate and should be treated as practice guidance, not fact.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.

To the extent permitted by law, TekDex will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost opportunities, arising from your use of TekPrep.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for it in the twelve months before the claim.

You can stop using TekPrep at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these terms or if we discontinue the service.

Sections that by their nature should survive termination — ownership, disclaimers, and limitation of liability — continue to apply.

We may update these terms as the service evolves. When we do, we’ll revise the date above, and material changes will be surfaced in the product.

Continuing to use TekPrep after an update means you accept the revised terms.
